About The Position

Imperial Beverage is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Lead - Picking. This role involves working the afternoon shift, leading and motivating teammates, and picking and loading cases of beer, wine, and spirits. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• 18 years of age or older
• Leadership skills
• Basic computer skills to use an iPod and warehouse management software
• Flexibility to work with varying shift end times
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet goals with accuracy
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 30 pounds, repetitively, and move up to 165 pounds
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per day

• Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Pick cases of beverages assigned through an iPod.
• Use a pallet jack to move product and organize cases on a skid.
• Wrap skids to secure cases for shipping.
• Print skid tags and place skids in the loading zone.
• Provide direction and support to teammates.
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor as needed.
• Organize product returns and empty kegs based on truck routes.
• Determine which trucks should be loaded with which product.
• Assist in moving delivery trucks into truck bays for loading.
• Load wrapped skids on the trucks using a forklift or pallet jack.
