Requirements

High degree attention to detail
High degree of analytical and mathematical ability
Ability to communicate with peers, Customer Service, and Management to ensure customer requirements are completed daily.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 50+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
2+ years leadership experience
2+ years warehouse experience

Responsibilities

Perform system and/or manual tasks to support scheduling, setup, production, and outbound operations.
Ensure all jobs flow through the operation to meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Moving/re-prioritizing work that is deemed to be in jeopardy.
Act as the Assistant Supervisor of the department
Provide input for employee reviews.
Leading and directing is usually restricted to assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, directing efforts and providing technical guidance on more complex issues.
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of a group of hourly employees
