About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Security Officer to join their team as a Warehouse Surveillance Security Officer. This role requires the ability to adapt to various situations, from customer service to patrols and surveillance. The ideal candidate will be agile and precise in their duties. The position is located in Pennsauken, New Jersey, and requires a New Jersey SORA License.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Must have a state license if required (New Jersey SORA License required)
• Must pass a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security

• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
