The Full Time Warehouse Support Representative position supports daily warehouse operations at our Reno, NV facility. The main job is to process incoming freight and prepare it for outbound shipment to Canada.

Requirements

Data entry experience and able to process shipments into computer system
Email platform and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel)
Forklift experience is required
Must be able to work in varying temperature conditions during the seasons
Lifting, moving, and organizing freight
Concentrated visual or auditory attention
Repetitive movements (i.e. labeling, scanning)
Standing for extended periods of time
Heavy physical effort (i.e. lifting, pushing, pulling)
Walking, bending

Nice To Haves

High School Degree or GED preferred
Problem-solving mindset
Some data entry experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Package handling
Preparing and wrapping pallets
Pallet jack and/or forklift operation (as required)
Shipment paperwork
Managing emails and performing data entry tasks
Receiving, weighing, measuring, scanning, labeling, and shipping while adhering to all safety, security, and customs regulations.
Load and unload packages from processing stations / trailers
Affixing labels or placards to the packages / pallets
Scanning boxes from inbound staging area
Preparation of bill of ladings
Data entry shipment details
Cross train in other warehouse positions as needed
Complete health & safety compliance trainings as required
