About The Position

Nicholas & Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead fulfillment operations facility. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with experience in warehouse operations and team management.

Requirements

• Bilingual is preferred.
• At least 2 years of warehouse/distribution experience with increasing responsibility.
• Previous experience with electric pallet jacks, reach forklifts, and pick-pack operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to perform essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately, and safely with or without accommodation.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as, state, federal and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage department budget and payroll.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies.
• Any other tasks as assigned by your direct manager.
• Monitor and manage KPIs, productivity, and fill rate goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reporting.
• Supervise and direct a team of 10–30 warehouse team members.
• Train and coach team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee pick-pack line setup and ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch.
