Warehouse Supervisor
About The Position
Sodexo Live! is looking for a dependable Warehouse / Commissary Supervisor to support our Airline Lounge clients at the Charlotte International Airport in Charlotte, NC. This person will be in charge of receiving, inventory, as well as driving a vehicle. The right person will have a mix of leadership experience in a warehouse or commissary type kitchen as well as a clean driving record and some experience in a delivery capacity. Must be have open availability including nights and weekends. Step into a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive daily warehouse operations while supporting a high-functioning team focused on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. You’ll oversee everything from inventory flow and staffing to vendor coordination and budget management all while contributing to a positive and productive work environment. What you’ll do Lead warehouse operations that directly impact production flow, customer satisfaction, and team performance •Take ownership of inventory management, space utilization, and logistics coordination •Gain valuable leadership experience by mentoring team members and enforcing safety and operational standards •Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to streamline communication and reduce operational disruptions •Play a key role in optimizing budget efficiency and cost control measures •Be part of a company that values operational excellence, employee development, and continuous improvement •Enjoy the challenge and reward of creating structure, solving problems, and driving results in a dynamic environment The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Requirements
- Clean driving record
- Some experience in a delivery capacity
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of related experience
- Skillset to lead warehouse teams with strong time management and communication skills that drive productivity and engagement
- Hands-on experience with inventory control, including knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics coordination
- Familiarity with HACCP standards and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
- Comfort operating industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, with a proactive approach to problem-solving on the floor
- Resilience under pressure, with a steady focus on delivering accurate, efficient outcomes in fast-paced settings
