Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of shipping, receiving, and cycle count experience.
Strong leadership ability
Strong understanding of material management processes and systems.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Physically able to stand/walk on concrete for up to 8 hours
Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

Coordinates daily work assignments for self and warehouse personnel that meet the changing workload conditions of the warehouse.
Oversees warehouse personnel’s work performance.
Works/brainstorms with the warehouse team for solutions that help achieve operational excellence.
Controls and understands the inventory transactions within the inventory management software.
Utilizes the inventory management software effectively to ensure accurate inventory management.
Plans and implements processes that will maximize efficient and accurate inventory movements and control.
Enforces safety policies and procedures.
Conducts monthly safety meetings for warehouse personnel.
Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse.
Perform other duties as assigned.
