About The Position

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the accurate receipt, shipment, storage and production process of materials according to all established Company and regulatory policies and procedures. You will supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse workers and drivers, including safety/risk management, receiving, transportation, warehousing and equipment/building maintenance/repair operations, all in accordance with established Company and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in a warehouse environment, including experience with order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory counts and pick/pack
Knowledge and understanding of FIFO, OSHA requirements, safety awareness and hazardous material shipping
Proficient with MXP shipping, receiving, inventory and necessary reports
Proficient with B2B functions, near-miss and MSDS, UPS, FedEx and dedicated logistics systems and email
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

Responsibilities

Oversees and assists with the receipt, coordination and safety of goods coming through the warehouse
Ensures orders arrive and are shipped on time to appropriate destinations and in expected quantities
Assists in staffing, development and performance management of warehouse workers
Communicates and ensures all requirements pertaining to warehousing, material handling, safety and shipping are followed by staff
