About The Position

E.A. Sween is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Austin facility. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who knows how to set expectations, coach employees, improve performance, and build a safe, accountable team. You will have real ownership of daily warehouse execution — including staffing, scheduling, labor management, productivity, safety, training, and team development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on operation
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass required physical exam, drug screen, and background check

Nice To Haves

• Distribution, warehouse, logistics, or operations experience
• Logistics or warehouse certifications
