About The Position
Warehouse Supervisor Earn $35 - $42 per hour depending on shift and experience Toronto Branch 3333 James Snow Parkway North, Milton, ON L9T 8L1 Are you a proven warehouse leader and champion for collaboration, training and teamwork? Then you belong at Uline! As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll work hands-on to help lead Uline’s daily warehouse operations. It’s an exciting time to join our growing company - with new opportunities and job stability you can count on! Multiple Full-Time Shifts Available: Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7 PM | $35-$40/hr Overnight Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM | $37-$42/hr
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven leadership experience managing 10+ people in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
- Ability to train and develop employees while promoting accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations, working hands-on through an 18-month rotational program.
- Coach and develop teams across inbound, outbound and operational support functions to keep the business running at its best.
- Drive accuracy, safety and productivity in a fast-paced, high-performance warehouse environment where your decisions make a daily impact.
- Expand your leadership skills through hands-on operational experience and warehouse equipment certifications.
