Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards are met
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain inventory control and conduct regular stock audits
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency
- Manage shipping and transportation schedules to meet delivery deadlines
- Prepare reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to streamline supply chain activities
