About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor leads daily warehouse operations in a non-climate-controlled environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and productive receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping activities while leading and developing warehouse associates. The shift for this position is Friday to Sunday 8am - 8pm (12 hour shifts).

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Previous experience leading a warehouse team.
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office and WMS.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse associates.
• Assign work, monitor productivity, and coach employees.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Conduct daily start-up meetings and communicate priorities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and warehouse management systems.
• Train new employees and support ongoing development.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Lead by example through professionalism and integrity.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Hold employees accountable consistently and fairly.
• Communicate expectations clearly and provide timely feedback.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Recognize strong performance and address issues promptly.
