About The Position

Freight Breakers is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead floor operations at our Fort Mill site. This role is for an active leader who thrives on the warehouse floor, knows how to drive production, and isn't afraid to jump in and operate equipment alongside their crew.

Requirements

• Valid hands-on experience operating a stand-up forklift is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse lead, team lead, or supervisory role.
• Willingness to work actively on the dock floor, unloading and coaching side-by-side with your team.
• Solid verbal communication skills and basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, inventory/shift logs).
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Prior 3PL, cross-dock, or production-pay environment experience.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct, train, and support warehouse associates to maintain high productivity, quality, and retention.
• Oversee unloading operations, jump on equipment when needed, and ensure customer turn-times and KPIs are met daily.
• Enforce safety compliance, safe equipment operation, and clear warehouse dock procedures.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact between on-site associates, facility leadership, and customer management.
• Document daily shift output, completed containers, and equipment checkouts accurately.
