About The Position

Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Progress Lighting Distribution Center in Jefferson, GA. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position with a typical schedule of Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, though additional hours may be required to support business needs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment. This individual will lead daily warehouse operations while driving safety, productivity, quality, and employee engagement. Success in this role requires balancing operational excellence with team development, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, including industrial equipment operation, order picking, packing, and receiving methodologies.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (SAP preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily shift meetings and direct warehouse operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives.
  • Plan and allocate labor resources based on business demands, staffing levels, and operational priorities.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and develop warehouse associates while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time while maintaining inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, quality, safety, attendance, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipment performance.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and safe work practices.
  • Prepare reports and analyze operational metrics to support business decisions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
