Job Title Warehouse Supervisor W hat does a successful Production Supervisor do? As a Warehouse Supervisor at Fiserv, you will manage a team within our warehousing facility. You will collaborate closely with other departments and delegate work to associates to ensure efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

  • An associate's degree or equivalent work and/or military experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in an operations/production/warehouse environment
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
  • Individuals with temporary visas including but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2 or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.
  • This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
  • Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays
  • You will work an assigned 3rd shift schedule of Mon-Fri 4pm-12am

  • 2+ years of experience leading a team in a production environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational activities by reviewing, prioritizing, and assigning tasks to operators for processing mail in accordance with USPS standards
  • Ensure maximum processing rates to meet legal and contractual obligations
  • Develop, refine, and implement policies and procedures to optimize both personnel and equipment resources
  • Drive team performance to meet or exceed company goals by providing ongoing development through timely coaching, positive reinforcement, and honest feedback
  • Provide continuous coaching and mentoring for your team with a focus on operational results
