About The Position

Since 1969, our factory has been a cornerstone just eight miles west of Harrisburg. Situated at a transportation crossroads, it offers quick access to major cities like Baltimore, Boston, and New York. As one of the largest manufacturers in the area, we produce a wide range of dry pet food, including beloved brands like Puppy Chow®, Pro Plan®, and Friskies®. Beyond our work, we support local animal shelters, enriching the lives of pets everywhere. We’re also doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. Join us in Mechanicsburg, where small-town living meets big-city perks, and together, we make a difference. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee warehouse team members who perform receiving, storage, and shipping functions to support plant production operations. Work collaboratively with managers, team leaders, team members, and clerical staff in other plant departments to ensure safe, efficient, sanitary, and cost-effective warehouse operations. Meet all NQS standards as you make an impact on our processes and in the lives of pets and people nationwide.
