Warehouse Supervisor
About The Position
McDonald's largest supply chain partner worldwide. This is a 3rd Shift position, working Thursday-Saturday & every other Wednesday, from 3pm-3am. Schedule flexibility is required based on business needs, and the assigned schedule is subject to change. The training schedule may differ from the assigned schedule. This is an exempt position with compensation based on experience, ranging from $70k-$80k annually, with a potential annual bonus. Requirements
- Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience OR High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities
- Plans and executes daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum.
- Conducts daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions.
- Assigns daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met.
- Manages work flows efficiently.
- Provides training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
- Maintains statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
