About The Position

E.A. Sween is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Lewisville, TX. This role involves leading daily warehouse operations, managing staffing, productivity, food safety, employee performance, and team development. Requirements

At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or a similar operation
Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage staffing, productivity, and performance expectations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong basic math skills
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs. using a dolly or drag hook
Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching
Must pass required physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations, staffing, and workflow
Manage labor needs and adjust staffing based on operational demands
Monitor productivity, accuracy, service levels, and performance KPIs
Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees
Address performance and attendance concerns consistently
Support employee engagement, teamwork, and retention
Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSMA, food-safety, sanitation, and audit standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions
Promote E.A. Sween’s values and safety expectations throughout the operation
