About The Position

McDonald's largest supply chain partner worldwide is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. This role involves ensuring the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods, timely dispatch of orders, and managing warehouse team members. The supervisor will oversee productivity, maintain inventory levels, and implement product loss controls. The position offers a 4-day or 5-day set schedule with a 3rd Shift start time of 8 pm, though the schedule is subject to change. Compensation is exempt and based on experience.

Requirements

Associate's Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience OR a High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of supervisory experience.
Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.
Ensures that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities.
Staffs, schedules, trains, evaluates, and develops warehouse team members.
Oversees warehouse productivity by ensuring that customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximized.
Allocates necessary space for stock rotation, maintains appropriate inventory levels, and implements product loss controls.
Other duties as assigned.
