The Supervisor is responsible for working with management to supervise staff, monitor production for accuracy, and ensure safety measures are being followed. This role involves monitoring and calculating manpower for operations, printing and distributing paperwork for selecting and loading trucks, and monitoring shift productivity to meet goals. The Supervisor will also print invoices and corresponding reports, monitor breaks, contribute to process improvements, and ensure the accuracy of loads while minimizing product breakage. Additionally, the role requires enforcing safety regulations, minimizing lost time injuries, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse, and assisting with training and onboarding new employees.
