About The Position

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Data Center Power and Control Starline Team in Canonsburg, PA. In this role, you will lead and support a team across warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, and offsite storage. You will play a key role in creating a positive team environment, driving operational excellence, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all warehouse activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
  • Experience leading or supporting teams in a warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment
  • Experience in fast-paced operational environments is helpful
  • Familiarity with warehouse processes, inventory flow, or production operations is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using systems and tools such as Microsoft Office or warehouse management systems
  • Interest in continuous improvement and problem solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support team development
  • Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Lean or process improvement concepts is a plus but not required

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of employees to achieve performance, safety, and quality goals

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, and engineering teams to support business priorities
  • Plan and adjust team schedules based on workflow demands and priorities
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes
  • Monitor key metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in problem-solving efforts and implement process improvements
  • Provide support across departments as needed
