About The Position
Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Data Center Power and Control Starline Team in Canonsburg, PA. In this role, you will lead and support a team across warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, and offsite storage. You will play a key role in creating a positive team environment, driving operational excellence, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all warehouse activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
- Experience leading or supporting teams in a warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment
- Experience in fast-paced operational environments is helpful
- Familiarity with warehouse processes, inventory flow, or production operations is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using systems and tools such as Microsoft Office or warehouse management systems
- Interest in continuous improvement and problem solving
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support team development
- Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to Lean or process improvement concepts is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of employees to achieve performance, safety, and quality goals
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes engagement and accountability
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, and engineering teams to support business priorities
- Plan and adjust team schedules based on workflow demands and priorities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Support employee development through training, feedback, and growth opportunities
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes
- Monitor key metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in problem-solving efforts and implement process improvements
- Provide support across departments as needed
