About The Position

At Kirby Risk, our Distribution Center is the heartbeat of our operations—ensuring that products move efficiently, accurately, and on time. We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who can lead by example, build strong teams, and help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading and supporting the 2nd Shift team to achieve operational goals while creating a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• College coursework and/or 3+ years of supervisory or team leader experience (warehouse, quality, customer service, etc.)
• Experience leading teams of 15+ employees
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Bilingual communication skills
• Understanding of business operations and warehouse processes
• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Proficiency with computers; Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Must have legal status that enables you to work in the U.S. We cannot obtain sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates while setting clear expectations and helping them succeed
• Create employee schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels to support daily operations
• Provide training, mentoring, performance feedback, and employee development opportunities
• Build trust within the team through open communication and consistent leadership
• Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy
• Handle hiring, performance management, documentation, and terminations as needed
• Cross-train employees to build a flexible workforce
• Partner with leadership and other departments to meet operational goals and customer expectations
• Help ensure the team works safely while meeting quality and productivity expectations
• Build positive working relationships across teams while promoting excellent customer service
