Requirements

Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or a related leadership role.
Ability to inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and vehicles.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work effectively with technicians, supervisors, vendors, and management.
Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record and reliable transportation required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.
Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse, yard, and storage areas.
Track equipment and consumables, oversee shipping and receiving, and ensure crews have the supplies they need.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance, maintain service records, and ensure company vehicles remain clean and operational.
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and track restoration equipment to maximize uptime.
Enforce warehouse safety procedures, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure proper use of equipment and PPE.
Assist field teams with equipment deliveries, job site support, and other operational needs as required.
