About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to help lead daily warehouse operations at our Canada warehouse in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, team coordination experience, and the ability to work within physically active operational environments. The successful candidate will help organize workflow, support warehouse staff, and ensure daily operations are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Requirements

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or lead hand experience preferred
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, construction, manufacturing, or other fast-paced operational environments considered an asset
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team when needed
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is considered an asset, but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, and material handling
• Coordinate daily workflow and manpower based on operational priorities
• Help maintain productivity, organization, and overall warehouse efficiency
• Monitor daily progress and assist the team in meeting operational deadlines
• Support warehouse staff on the floor and help resolve operational issues as they arise
• Promote a safe, organized, and team-oriented work environment
• Assist with onboarding and training new warehouse employees
• Work closely with office staff and management to support day-to-day operations
• Maintain professional communication and teamwork across departments
