About The Position

This position includes future advancement opportunities. The Warehouse Supervisor controls warehouse inventory and maintains database(s). They coordinate and schedule the movement of inventory throughout the warehouse for HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Installs. This role manages the daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments. The supervisor will manually handle, repack, or restack pallets of finished product as needed, and operate a forklift truck as needed. They will document all related activities and complete forms and reports, and perform other related duties as directed.

Requirements

• Must have 3 years of proven leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Decision making skills and emotional intelligence.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

• Bilingual a plus.
