About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor, in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse. This role is responsible for ensuring that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities. Key duties include staffing, scheduling, training, evaluating, and developing warehouse team members. The supervisor will oversee warehouse productivity to ensure customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximized. Additionally, the position involves allocating necessary space for stock rotation, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and implementing product loss controls.

Requirements

Associate's Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience
OR a High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of supervisory experience
