About The Position

Supervise warehouse associates using forklifts and material handling equipment. Schedule labor resources to meet customer requirements on all shifts. Maintain a safe, accident-free environment, minimizing damage and inventory record accuracy errors. Manage order pulling and storage of sheets of high-pressure laminate. Supervise packing, palletizing, and loading of product. Minimize breakage and shipping errors. Ensure all product is shipped or put-away promptly. Plan daily warehouse activity in Enterprise Resource Planning system and Warehouse Management System, as well as on the warehouse floor and docks. Plan and supervise daily cycle count activity. Troubleshoot inventory accuracy problems. Train employees on standardized warehouse procedures, including cross-training within the facility.

Requirements

Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Experience with inventory management and cycle counting.
Ability to train employees on standardized procedures.
