About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor, under the direction of the Site Manager, will work with the Warehouse personnel in conjunction with the Program / Operations Manager, to monitor, direct, and ensure that all incoming shipments are received properly, and all outgoing shipments are sent in a timely and proper fashion. This is a proactive job posting to identify potential candidates because we are getting ready to add a 2nd shift to this warehouse. There are no current vacancies, but we expect openings in the very near future.

Requirements

Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum three (3) years’ of aviation logistics experience.
This position requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum).

Nice To Haves

Lead/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and implement work methods and procedures to increase productivity and improve service in the warehouse.
Ensure cross training of duties is conducted to the lowest level.
Ensure support equipment is maintained and serviceable.
Work with Management to ensure program metrics are met.
Motivate warehouse and shipping personnel to ensure that predetermined productivity, cost and quality standards are achieved or exceeded.
Ensure safety and housekeeping.
All other duties as assigned.
