About The Position

E.A. Sween is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team in Austin. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about operational excellence, team development, safety, and building a positive warehouse culture. In this role, you will lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including labor management, staffing, scheduling, and productivity performance. You will help ensure the team meets operational goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This position also plays an important role in training, coaching, and developing employees to improve performance, support retention, and build a strong team culture. The Warehouse Supervisor is also responsible for supporting compliance with food safety and audit standards, including HACCP and FSMA , while reinforcing safe work practices and company expectations throughout the operation. Success in this role requires strong communication, sound judgment, accountability, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Basic math skills
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a physical exam, drug screen, and background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience in distribution, warehousing, or logistics
• Truck driving background
• Certifications in logistics or warehouse operations
