About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor, in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse. This role involves ensuring that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities. The supervisor will staff, schedule, train, evaluate, and develop warehouse team members. They will also oversee warehouse productivity by ensuring that customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximized, allocate necessary space for stock rotation, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and implement product loss controls.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of supervisory experience
