About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor at Triquetra Health is a hands-on, hybrid operator responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while actively supporting execution on the floor when needed. This role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and strong team performance across both B2C (3,000–6,000 daily orders) and B2B/wholesale channels (e.g., GNC, Sprouts, Vitacost). The ideal candidate is autonomous, detail-oriented, and action-driven, with the ability to lead a team while remaining fully engaged in day-to-day warehouse operations.

Requirements

1–2+ years in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment
End-to-end understanding of receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
Strong understanding of FEFO, expiration tracking, and stock accuracy
Experience with WMS or inventory systems and basic Google Workspace / Excel
Experience supervising or supporting small teams in a warehouse setting
Highly autonomous and proactive
Strong attention to detail
Willing to be hands-on and step into picking/packing when needed
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
Bilingual (English-Spanish) required
Must be able to work on-site within ~50 miles of West Chester/Hamilton, OH

Background in health, supplements, or consumer goods
Forklift license
Experience working in high-volume environments (3,000+ orders/day) or supporting wholesale accounts (e.g., GNC, Sprouts, Vitacost)

Responsibilities

Oversee receiving, storage, and movement of inventory to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Monitor and manage expired, short-dated, or damaged goods, ensuring proper documentation and corrective action
Enforce FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) and maintain product traceability standards
Supervise and support picking, packing, and dispatch across B2C and wholesale orders
Ensure all orders meet accuracy and SLA requirements
Support Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce replenishment processes
Track and report on daily performance metrics (inventory accuracy, fulfillment rates, dispatch timelines)
Take ownership of team performance and attendance tracking
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in real time
Directly oversee a team of 9 warehouse staff (scaling up to 15 this year)
Support training, scheduling, and day-to-day supervision
Lead by example as a hands-on operator — stepping in to pick/pack when needed
Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and ownership
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements
Conduct routine checks and enforce proper handling of products and equipment
Maintain an organized, efficient warehouse layout
Oversee proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, tools, etc.)
Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and stock in retention
Follow existing SOPs and identify areas for improvement or refinement
Utilize WMS and tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and visibility
Address and resolve day-to-day warehouse issues independently
Recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize workflows
