About The Position

Warehouse Supervisor – Cargo Operations Company: 7 Air, LLC Department: Cargo Operations Reports To: Director of Cargo Operations Schedule: Full-time | Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays The Warehouse Supervisor supports cargo operations by leading day-to-day warehouse activities, supervising staff, and ensuring cargo is handled safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. This is a hands-on supervisory role that works closely with management to support operational goals and customer service. Core Focus Areas Daily Operations Oversee cargo flow including receiving, buildup, breakdown, storage, and dispatch Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of inbound and outbound shipments Monitor warehouse conditions, equipment usage, and overall workflow Assist with identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies Team Leadership Supervise warehouse employees during assigned shifts Assign work, monitor performance, and provide coaching as needed Support employee training on safety, handling requirements, and company procedures Promote teamwork, accountability, and a safe work environment Safety & Compliance Enforce safety, security, and regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with TSA, IATA, airline, and workplace safety standards Report and document incidents, irregularities, and safety concerns Support audits, inspections, and required training documentation Customer & Operational Coordination Communicate with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams Assist in resolving service issues, delays, or cargo discrepancies Coordinate with flight operations and ramp teams to support on-time performance Administrative Support Assist with operational reporting and daily shift updates Support inventory control of warehouse supplies and equipment Communicate staffing or operational needs to management

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in air cargo, warehouse, or logistics operations
  • Working knowledge of cargo handling procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Comfortable using warehouse systems, cargo software, and basic office tools
  • Ability to work flexible schedules in an airport environment
  • Hands-on leadership

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
