We're currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our at our New Albany, OH Aromair facility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; strong Excel skills preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees
  • Sound decision-making and independent judgment
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as business needs require

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling while supporting safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals.
  • Supervise and develop warehouse employees, improve processes, and help ensure efficient operations across the department.

  • Lead, coach, train, and support warehouse employees
  • Monitor staffing, workflow, and scheduling to meet production and delivery goals
  • Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment
  • Track department performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Resolve operational and employee-related issues as they arise
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, SOPs, and other required documentation
  • Partner with leadership and other departments to support operational goals
  • Support process improvements, cost reduction, and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Ensure equipment issues are addressed and escalated when needed
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
  • Support off-shift operations, overtime, and weekend coverage as needed
