Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Five or more years of warehouse operations experience, preferably within food manufacturing
Two or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Understanding of HACCP, GMP, FDA regulations, and food safety requirements
Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with labor and materials management systems

Nice To Haves

associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma certification preferred

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods.
Monitor inventory accuracy through audits and warehouse management systems, helping maintain operational efficiency and product availability.
Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to support production schedules and customer service goals.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements including HACCP, GMP, and FDA standards.
Train, coach, and direct warehouse team members to promote safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and process gaps to minimize disruptions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse environment that supports operational excellence.
