Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Independent decision-making abilities
- Proficient with Excel, Access, and Word
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Exhibit time management skills; complete all work on time and within deadlines
- Demonstrated problem analysis and problem resolution skills

Responsibilities
- Determine inventory stocking requirements for end items and components and establish inventory layout to support the requirements.
- Lead the cycle count process; ensuring counts are being done on time.
- Keep warehouse clean and organized.
- Thoroughly reconcile cycle count variances and lead the process for improving cycle count accuracy.
- Train, supervise, and lead the warehouse team in day-to-day activities.
- Develop Kanban inventory procedures for replenishment of line side storage.
- Supervise daily work activities in warehousing and logistics functions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials production resources in order to support efficient, uninterrupted activities.
- Determine inventory stocking requirements for inside Kanban items to support manufacturing.
- Provide leadership in all material control functions.
- Track warehouse metrics and implement controls for improvement.
- Lead and audit kitting process to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Modify and monitor layout of warehouse to improve flow and efficiency of manufacturing process.
