About The Position

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be accountable for overseeing raw material and packaging inventory, ensuring accurate material movements, and leading warehouse teams to support safe, compliant, and on‑time production operations. This role operates on the 3rd Shift, with hours from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, and requires weekend availability.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Forklift experience required (stand‑up preferred)

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree or higher
SAP and/or SAP WM experience
Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make minor equipment adjustments
Experience supervising warehouse operations in a food or bakery environment

Responsibilities

Oversee daily raw material and packaging inventory to support scheduled production
Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO, REMIX movements, and expiration date controls
Supervise material movements to ensure physical and system accuracy
Oversee receiving, storage, allergen control, and disposal of damaged or expired materials
Lead cycle counting and inventory audits across warehouse, freezer, and production locations
Train, coach, and hold warehouse employees accountable across all shifts
Partner with Production, Scheduling, and Inventory teams to improve material flow and warehouse processes
