About The Position

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the Shipping & Warehouse Supervisor will lead cross-functional teams responsible for inventory control, outbound shipping, receiving and inter-facility logistics. This role will foster a culture of safety, performance excellence, and continuous improvement. This role demands a hands-on leader who leads by example, drives operational efficiency, and ensures alignment with business goals through tactical execution and KPI management.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven experience in warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with KPI development and performance tracking.
High computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills: listening, summarizing, probing, and clarifying.
Experience operating a forklift, certification an asset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English and French) considered an asset.

Ensure timely and accurate outbound shipments, including domestic, international and special shipments.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across departments.
