This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing warehouse personnel in all phases of the receiving and load out process. The role ensures that products received, stored, and shipped meet Shamrock-Defined product quality standards, as well as Federal, State, and Local standards for product identity, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). The Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate all activities related to warehousing, support departmental budgets, guide pay and benefit plans for warehouse personnel, and assist with customer issue resolution. This role also involves leading teams, initiating UTR Initiatives, maintaining a master sanitation schedule, and ensuring compliance with all governmental regulations and customer inspections (FDA, OSHA, HASAP, AIS, Siliker, State, County, and Federal). Key performance indicators include cases per man hour picked, trucks per day, cut reports, relay reports, temporary usage, weekly order fill rates, and complaint reports. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining a training matrix and documentation for required annual trainings, supporting the inventory manager with cycle counts, and enforcing company policies, work rules, and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe environment.
