Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor

CertcoMadison, WI

About The Position

Certco is looking for an experienced and motivated Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Femrite location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has warehouse leadership experience and is ready to take the next step in their career with a growing company. One of the biggest advantages of this opportunity is the experienced and established team already in place on second shift. This is a stable team with very little turnover, giving the right leader the opportunity to step into a well-established operation rather than starting from scratch. You will have the chance to lead an experienced group of employees, build strong working relationships, and focus on continued improvement and development. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play an important role in leading our warehouse team, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and ensuring daily operations run efficiently and accurately. We are looking for someone who leads by example, holds employees accountable, develops their team, and takes pride in getting the job done right. Certco is implementing a brand-new Warehouse Management System (WMS), providing an opportunity for the right leader to learn and help shape how we operate in our new system. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience with modern warehouse technology while helping your team adapt to new processes, procedures, and workflows. If you enjoy problem-solving, learning new technology, and improving how a warehouse operates, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
