To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Pflugerville TX. Report to the Operations Manager. The Warehouse Supervisor role involves overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping, receiving and transportation materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records. 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:15pm Mon-Fri

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of materials experience using (MRP) systems ie: Oracle
  • 3+ years in a Manufacturing Supervisory Position
  • Experience in transportation
  • Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Lead, coach, and manage warehouse personnel to ensure operational excellence.
  • Utilize strong supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills to support team success.
  • Provide exceptional client and stakeholder support through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure ownership of processes from start to finish.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform quality assurance inspections on incoming products before stocking or distribution.
  • Manage exceptions, including damaged freight, returns, shortages, and misrouted shipments.
  • Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
