About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor - Production is a hands-on leader at the center of our high-volume warehouse and parts repair operation —setting the pace for safety, quality, and turnaround time every day. You’ll lead from the floor, coach and train a strong team, and keep parts repair production flowing by removing barriers and reinforcing standard work. As the bridge between technicians and the Warehouse Manager, you’ll help us scale smarter and faster, bringing our 5Cs to life and representing our All-in talent brand on the floor.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, minimum 1 year in similar position.
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Ability to motivate others and build highly engaged and effective teams; ability to resolve personnel issues in a professional manner.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills; enjoys finding innovative solutions
  • Detail-orientated with strong organizational skills; experience managing time effectively and adapting quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence others in a positive way.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Willingness to operate manual/powered pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Ability to regularly walk, stand, bend and lift throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supervising, coaching and guiding a team.
  • Bilingual language skills – English & Spanish.
  • Associates degree.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion or SAP.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily coaching, training and support to our parts repair team members to drive high performance.
  • Plan, assign, and schedule staff across various work areas.
  • Support Warehouse Manager in daily operations execution including: inventory, parts orders, tools and supplies orders, organizing and staging materials, receipt, storage, picking, fulfillment, inventory planning and product repair.
  • Provide management support and on-call coverage as needed.
  • Assist warehouse manager with reporting needs as requested, which will include accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork.
  • Responsible for managing the training of new employees to ensure they are able to meet job requirements.
  • Ensure timely follow up and validate employee’s ability to perform all aspects of position through observation.
  • Engage in continued training for current employees.
  • Ensure a safe work environment at all times.
  • Maintain equipment safety checklists.
  • Enforce PPE policies and model safe working practices.
