About The Position

TruTeam is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to perform a variety of material handling duties. This role involves load in/load out activities, material handling, inventory management, and receiving and shipping. Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license (if operating a vehicle for company purposes).
Forklift certification.
Strong Math Skills.
Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours to perform job-related tasks.
This is a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

Load and unload installer’s trucks, ensuring adherence to Load In / Load Out policies.
Perform warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy, conducting inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor product, maintaining displays, moving and storing material, and conducting daily cycle counts.
Perform receiving duties including receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments, stocking material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments.
Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping and removing trash.
Receive and inspect incoming material orders from approved vendors.
Cycle count inventory, store items in an orderly and accessible manner, and inspect stock for defects.
Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage.
Make occasional deliveries to job sites or customers.
Perform any other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities.
