About The Position
This role supports the efficient operation of the Calgary warehouse and contributes to the success of field teams across Alberta. The Warehouse Student Coordinator will help keep projects moving by supporting the coordination, organization, and accuracy of materials and equipment used across a variety of WSP projects.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working hands-on in a warehouse-type setting.
- Able to lift and move equipment as required and meet all safety requirements.
- Familiar with inventory systems or data-entry tools (training provided).
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to support project teams making a real-world impact.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Support inventory tracking, tagging, and documentation to maintain accuracy.
- Prepare and organize shipments for project teams across the region.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Work with project coordinators and field staff to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Help identify process improvements that enhance warehouse efficiency.
