About The Position

CGC Home Services is seeking a Warehouse Storefront Associate for their location in the Greater Jacksonville, Florida area. This role is crucial for serving the community and acting as the local representation for the company. The associate will provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers, manage warehouse inventory, prepare technicians for their field duties, and maintain stock. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, including Saturdays. Ideal candidates are energetic, solutions-oriented, professional, service-minded, self-starters, team-oriented, organized, and coachable. The position involves rotation between Jacksonville and Nocatee locations.

Requirements

Great at building relationships with customers.
Serving mindset.
Effective communicator.
Able to lift 50 lbs. and carry up and down stairs.
Works well independently.
Valid Driver's License.

Nice To Haves

Experience with forklift operation is not required.

Responsibilities

Handle regular retail sales activities and assist customers with product selection.
Provide exceptional customer service to store visitors.
Serve customers by loading their vehicles with salt.
Set sales leads/appointments for the sales team, with potential for commission.
Manage inventory and maintain organization of the warehouse and workspace.
Operate a forklift (no experience necessary).
Prepare parcels for mailing.
Perform light storefront and warehouse maintenance.
Assist in loading the service technician team.
Pull customer equipment for upcoming installations.
Help maintain the company fleet and property grounds.
