NAPA Auto Parts- Warehouse Stock Associate (Full-Time)

Headquartered in Bridgeport, WV, we’re the local guys — committed to serving our communities with more than just quality auto parts. Today, Amtower Auto Supply, Inc. owns and operates 14 NAPA Auto Parts stores across Northern and North Central West Virginia, continuing our long tradition of service, reliability, and community pride. We are currently seeking a responsible and reliable warehouse stock associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing inventory. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. This candidate will also serve as a backup delivery driver and shuttle driver for our store.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with no major violations and no disqualifying criminal convictions
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using smartphones or tablets for navigation and communication
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for multiple hours at a time
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of inventory
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse
- Pick up and deliver auto parts to customers in a safe and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding any delays or issues
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Backup delivery and shuttle driver
- Other tasks as assigned
