Warehouse Specialist
About The Position
The Warehouse Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring accurate, safe, and efficient material flow that supports manufacturing operations from inbound receipt through replenishment and fulfillment. This role is responsible for receiving, verifying, and putting away inventory; operating forklifts, order pickers, and swing reach equipment; and executing order fulfillment and replenishment using RF scanning technology. The Specialist maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and optimized slotting and consolidation practices. A strong commitment to safety, organization, and equipment certification is essential, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and support continuous improvement within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of general warehouse experience
- RF scanning experience and basic computer literacy required
- Forklift operation experience required
Nice To Haves
- Inventory control experience or certification a plus
