About The Position

Responsible for coordinating with daily warehouse activities, performing basic shipping, and receiving. Assemble or manufacture machine accessories and products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications to meet high volume customer requirements.

Responsible for managing company funds
2 years mechanical assembly experience may be required
Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea

High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
Bachelor’s degree in business or 3+ years’ work experience in warehouse management and facilities
Forklift safety and operator certification
1-3 yrs. related experience or training in Manufacturing Assembly

Nice To Haves

Experience or knowledge of machining and CNC operations helpful

Responsibilities

Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies
Process customer return orders as needed - RMAs
Process PO receipts for delivered goods into inventory
Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble accessories
Utilize all hand-held tools such as a hand-held screwdriver, drill and solder gun, crimping, stripping tools
Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards
Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
Maintain accurate and organized inventory of manufacturing components and tools.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Acts as a back up to other functions within the department as needed
Operate forklift & other facility equipment with utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety
Support other duties as signed
