About The Position

Responsible for coordinating with daily warehouse activities, performing basic shipping, and receiving. Assemble or manufacture machine accessories and products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications to meet high volume customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Timeliness in following up on contracts
  • Awareness of budget constraints
  • Good math skills and is quickly able to calculate the cost of goods and service
  • Responsible for managing company funds
  • 2 years mechanical assembly experience may be required
  • Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea
  • Ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or 3+ years’ work experience in warehouse management and facilities
  • Forklift safety and operator certification
  • 1-3 yrs. related experience or training in Manufacturing Assembly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or knowledge of machining and CNC operations helpful

Responsibilities

  • Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies
  • Process customer return orders as needed - RMAs
  • Process PO receipts for delivered goods into inventory
  • Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble accessories
  • Utilize all hand-held tools such as a hand-held screwdriver, drill and solder gun, crimping, stripping tools
  • Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards
  • Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
  • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate and organized inventory of manufacturing components and tools.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Acts as a back up to other functions within the department as needed
  • Operate forklift & other facility equipment with utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Support other duties as signed
