About The Position

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for verifying daily inventory counts, receiving and labeling parts, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This role also involves working with various reports, adhering to company policies, and covering for the warehouse clerk when necessary. The position operates within a manufacturing environment and requires adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be able to work between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Regularly required to stand.
• Frequently required to walk, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds.
• Must wear safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel-toed shoes.
• Job-specific personal protective equipment is required for each position.

Responsibilities

• Verify the inventory count given by the warehouse clerk each day.
• Receive, label parts and put away parts each day, before end of shift.
• Work Match, over 60 and past due report daily.
• Always keep work area clean and organized (including stockroom shelves).
• Follow Company policies, procedures and safety rules.
• Cover for the warehouse clerk when they are out.
