About The Position

QC Supply is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Specialist in Schuyler, Nebraska. This role manages inventory transactions from product receipt through customer shipment. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will help keep our supply chain moving by maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience, preferably with inventory control knowledge.
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 100% of the shift in a distribution center environment.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional overtime.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse, distribution, or agricultural industry experience is preferred.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Familiarity with agriculture-related parts and equipment is a plus.
Current forklift certification with experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
Ability to use portable warehouse technology and Microsoft Office products in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Receive, stage, and stock incoming products while keeping the inventory system accurate.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer and vendor orders for safe shipment.
Assist walk-in customers, process payments, and advise customers on agriculture and equipment parts.
Keep warehouse and retail areas clean, organized, and safe.
Verify incoming shipments and accurately record receipts in the inventory management system.
Stage, stock, and organize incoming freight in assigned warehouse locations.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer, QC site, and vendor partner orders for secure shipment.
Support product transfers and stocking for the QC Supply on-site retail space.
Complete routine cycle counts and physical inventories while helping maintain appropriate stock levels to prevent shortages.
Keep the warehouse, stockroom, and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
Process transactions in ERP systems, operate office equipment, and use computer software efficiently.
Maintain a positive, helpful approach and support teammates or other duties as assigned.
