About The Position

Johnstone Supply, a leading wholesale supplier to the heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration industry, is seeking a well-qualified, enthusiastic Warehouse Specialist for its new Flagstaff, AZ branch. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the continued growth of the business. The company prides itself on customer service, technical support, and professionalism. Overtime hours may be possible during peak times. Pre-hire drug testing and a DOT Physical and Drive Test are required.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Adequate physical strength and stamina to repeatedly lift, carry, move, and set down up to 75 lbs.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, other personnel and the public.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

Prior forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Receiving UPS/miscellaneous orders.
Operating a forklift.
Loading delivery vehicles and assisting customers with 'will call' pickups.
Making deliveries to customers.
Helping to ensure that the warehouse is kept clean and safety codes are followed.
Contributing to branch sales growth and profitability by providing prompt, friendly and professional service to Johnstone customers in-person and over the phone.
